EMILY HUNTER
Co‑Founder & Head of Talent Acquisition
Emily is an accomplished Leader and Strategist with a passion for Talent Acquisition. With a background in recruiting, sales, and corporate Talent Acquisition leadership, Emily has dedicated over 15 years to mastering the intricacies of helping organizations attract and retain top talent.
Beginning in IT Recruiting in the Healthcare sector, Emily quickly established herself as a leader in the industry with record-breaking performance for the largest IT recruiting company in the US. From there, she began her journey developing client relationships and selling recruiting services for several high-growth firms.
Emily joined Dell, where she held roles as an HR Business Partner and Talent Strategist. She was then asked to lead Talent Acquisition for Boomi, a Dell-owned Cloud-based Software Integration company. Emily is known for her ability to build lasting and meaningful executive relationships and produce impactful results through business development.
Aside from her professional endeavors, Emily is also passionate about her growing family, love of horses, and commitment to supporting Alzheimer's research and awareness. Driven by a desire to build great teams and relationships, Emily continues to pursue excellence in all aspects of her life, inspiring others through her dedication, integrity, and unwavering commitment to success.
RUSS MILLIKEN
Co‑Founder & Head of Talent Acquisition
Russ brings deep expertise in recruiting strategy and operational excellence. Prior to co-founding Venture Search Partners in June 2022, he served as Senior Talent Acquisition lead at Iterative Health (since January 2022) and was a founding principal at Meyvn Staffing Solutions (2015–2022). His career spans full-cycle recruitment across high-growth startups, where he’s driven lean, scalable hiring models and optimized onboarding processes. Russ’s strength in aligning hiring operations with business growth ensures every candidate is both qualified and mission-fit.
BRICE WU
Strategic Advisor
Brice Wu brings over two decades of engineering and executive leadership experience to Venture Search Partners. As former Chief Product & Technology Officer at Komodo Health through Series A–E and instrumental in scaling Iterative Health during its Series A–B stage, Brice understands the fast-paced demands of venture-backed startups—both technically and strategically. Prior to this, he honed his expertise at Google, leading global teams and mastering the complexities of executive hiring at scale. Brice’s deep technical acumen and hands-on experience navigating high-growth environments make him a vital strategic thought partner for companies building foundational leadership teams.
