Beginning in IT Recruiting in the Healthcare sector, Emily quickly established herself as a leader in the industry with record-breaking performance for the largest IT recruiting company in the US. From there, she began her journey developing client relationships and selling recruiting services for several high-growth firms.

Emily joined Dell, where she held roles as an HR Business Partner and Talent Strategist. She was then asked to lead Talent Acquisition for Boomi, a Dell-owned Cloud-based Software Integration company. Her broad background and keen understanding of executive client relationships led her to pursue a career in Executive Search, where her skills and experience best align.
