Responsibilities
Sourcing Recruiters will embed directly with clients and own multiple requisitions and placing top talent. They will focus on:
▢ Partner with Full-Cycle recruiter in Hiring Manager Kick-off.
▢ Create sourcing plan/strategy with the assigned Full-Cycle recruiter
▢ Source passive candidates using VSP sourcing tools and technology.
▢ TA screening
▢ Creating candidate packages for interested and qualified candidates
▢ Introduce candidates to Full-Cycle recruiter responsible for the position.
▢ Maintain hiring and sourcing pipeline
Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
▢ 2+ years (4+ years of recruiting total) of experience in recruitment of USA or EU candidates.
▢ Experience in sourcing tough to fill roles
▢ Experience in using ATS(Preferably Lever or Greenhouse)
▢ Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other technology sourcing platforms(SeekOut, HireEZ, etc.)
▢ Experience in working multiple requirements at a time
▢ Strong verbal and written communication
▢ Ability to think on your feet and understand requirements quickly
▢ Ability to understand complicated companies workflows to be able to sell it to potential candidates.
▢ Ability to learn and adapt to new sourcing technologies quickly
▢ Impact driven to get things done
▢ Ability to work USA hours
