We begin with a free consultation to understand your organizational goals to best understand how our team can add value.
Onboard/Ramp-up
Once we figure out the best path forward with our partnership, we embed the resources on your team. We have a guided 1 week ramp-up plan to help best enhance our team's production, while reducing delays and inconsistencies. We ramp up on the companies products, mission and culture while getting an understanding of the current hiring process.
The Search Begins
Our team starts sourcing and screening new passive candidates to bring into your organization. We work in tandem with your internal and hiring teams to create positive hiring and candidate experiences. We provide consistent data and market updates around the various searches.
